Trunk or Treat

• This was a big success
• Over 100 kids
• Spent $372.33 for candy – all given out
• I had to use my law firm’s company card, so I am asking for reimbursement

Coats for Kids

• We are all set to start giving out the Coats!
• We received 15 boxes and they are all sitting in the storage shed, behind the Hall

Pancake Breakfast

• This was another home run, right out of the park!
• Not only did we collect a little over $600 in donations, I believe that Dave was able to recruit a few new members. Thank you Dave!!
• It was such a success that we ran out of a few things. I submitted my first receipt for reimbursement, but I had to make a second purchase which I will be submitting tonight.

Christmas Auction

• November 28, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m.
• As we all know, this is one our biggest events
• Promotions are going out as a special insert into the Newsletter
• I will be asking for that promotion to also go on our Facebook page and website

Hallow App – Lenten Kickoff Event

• Contacted by the Youth Ministry Coordinator Jeff Corder
• Asking if we are interested in putting on launch dinner on February 17, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a guest lecturer to speak from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.;
• I have sent him a few follow-up questions, this afternoon, and I will keep in contact with him to try and see if we can make this work ;

Keep Christ in Christmas:

• This is also going into the newsletter as a special promotion;
• I am also asking if we can put this on our Facebook page and website;

Newsletter:

• Calendar is back!
• I have been in contact with Mike McCue and he has asked to set a hard deadline of the 15^th of every month for submissions for the next month’s newsletter;
• I very much agree with this idea, and I will do everything I can to make sure that we meet that deadline. This is to ensure that we have a publishing date of the 1^st of each month going forward.
